TOURNAMENT RAIN POLICY & REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEES

 

 

Tournament on the Hill’s policy to make every effort to fulfill the minimum number of games guaranteed during a tournament weekend with inclement weather.  However, there may be instances when not all games can be played or the tournament format may have to be changed.  In those instances, the following rain policy is in effect.

 

Tournaments with a 3 game guarantee:

 

Games Played/Amount of Credit:

 

**Zero/Full Entry Fee credit or refund equal to entry fee minus $100. admin. Fee **

 

1/$150.00 credit

2/$50.00 credit

3/$0.00

 

No refund checks are issued for partiall played events.  The credit is good for one year from the date it was issued to be used in another tournament.  If the credit is not used, it will be forfeited.

 

** In the event that a tournament is a complete wash, a full credit is given to a team to use either when the tournament is rescheduled or for a different event.  It a team wishes to receive a refund as opposed to a credit, a $100.00 administration fee is deducted from the tournament fee and a refund check will be issued for the remaining balance.

 

REGISTRATION/DEPOSIT POLICY

 

In the event a team has to back out of a tournament the following will be in effect:

 

  1. Back out 30 days prior to tournament date, full refund.
  2. Back out 15 days prior to tournament date, full refund minus $100.00 administrative fee.
  3. Back out 7 days prior to tournament date, no refund, money will be applied to another tournament, minus the $150.00 administrative fee.
